Due to health and sanitary standards, Apexhairs.com unable to accept returns/exchanges. Since it is preferred and requested by our customers that they do not receive someone else returned item, this policy is necessary to insure the best quality of your purchase. This policy guarantees that all our customer purchases will be direct from the manufacturer and will not have been worn, touched/finger combed or tried on prior to you receiving them. Due to the fact that we sell only new and authentic products, these conditions are strictly enforced.
We understand, though, that in some cases customers may request a return. Customers may exchange or ask for refund for UNUSED ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 24 hours of receiving their order.That means you can only return it in the exact condition as it was received.You must contact us via email (email@example.com) to request a return Authorization number (RMA) within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/returns if our return policy conditions are not met.
